Sierra
Spray painted onto the walls of Poe Mill in Greenville, SC.
In the growing city I live in there are almost no places certain creative activities are tolerated. Poe Mill is a concrete flat left behind from a burned down mill. Over the years outcasts, skaters and artists took over the place creating a DIY skatepark and public canvas. Many will mention how it was one of the only places where they would feel safe, at home, and liberated. Personally it is the place I go paint small colorful murals.
This is Sierra, based on the looks of a childhood friend of mine and fellow artist.
